SALES TERMS :
1. It is hereby informed DHARAK. Its parent concern DHARAK is a marketing and distribution company and is not manufacture.
2. We, DHARAK, hereby certify that our registration certificate under the GST ACT 2016 is in force on the date on which the sales of the goods specified in this bill / invoice has been affected by us in the regular course of our business.
3. Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leaves our warehouse.
4. yes, we provide proper GST invoice against all the products which we sell, we do not sell a product without GST invoice.
5. Any Products purchased by the buyer , then both side shipping charges will be deducted from the order amount . if the buyer opts for refund , then it will be initiated once we receiving the product in same conditions as we have shipped.
6. No customer can waive responsibility on grounds of ignorance of terms and condition.
7. Please do not accept any damaged package. we do not take any responsibility if damages package is accepted.
8. For the sole purpose of resolving any issues resulting from this sale contract, the court in kolkata shall have jurisdiction.
WARRANTY TERMS :
1. all items we sell come with a carry-in warranty only. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to and from the service center.
2. If the terms “Direct Warranty” are used, it signifies the manufacture is directly responsible for the warrenty . the customer must visit a nearby manufacture service cenmter to obtain warranty services. Our website has service numbers for a variety of products.
3. When there is a service issue with a product, we always ask the customer to send a copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purpose. The purchases will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
4. Warranty service will be given only where the full payment is made on the due date.
5. Products under warranty will either be repaired as per manufacture’s / supplier’s warranty policy.
GENERAL TERMS:
